Last updated: July 13, 2026  ·  This policy applies to quickrxspecialty.pharmacy and to information collected through our website, intake and copay-assistance forms, and advertising lead forms.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

We collect information you submit directly, including through our website contact forms, patient intake forms, copay-assistance enrollment forms, and lead forms hosted on advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. This may include:

  • Name, date of birth, and ZIP code
  • Phone number and email address
  • Prescription and medication information you choose to share
  • Insurance status and coverage details
  • Prescriber (doctor) name and related details
  • Whether you are a patient, caregiver, or provider
  • Any other information you include when contacting us

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. We use analytics and advertising tools (which may include Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to understand site usage and measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may set cookies on your device.

Information from advertising platforms

When you respond to a QuickRx ad on Meta or Google using a lead form, the platform shares the information you submit (such as your name, contact details, and answers to our questions) with us so a patient navigator can follow up. Your interaction with those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and have a patient navigator contact you
  • Determine eligibility for, and help you enroll in, copay-assistance programs, manufacturer copay cards, patient assistance programs (PAPs), and foundation grants
  • Coordinate the dispensing and shipping of medications
  • Verify insurance coverage and process prescriptions
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and pharmacy-licensing obligations

3. Health Information and HIPAA

As a licensed specialty pharmacy, some of the information you provide may constitute protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. We maintain physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to protect PHI, and we use and disclose PHI only as permitted by law and as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Note: Information you submit through a third-party advertising lead form (for example, on Meta or Google) before you become a QuickRx patient is collected on those platforms and may not be covered by HIPAA until it is received by QuickRx. Please share only the information requested, and avoid including sensitive health details in free-text fields on advertising forms.

For a full description of your rights regarding your health information, please request our Notice of Privacy Practices using the contact details below.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as shipping, technology, analytics, and communications), under agreements that require them to protect your information
  • Assistance program partners (manufacturers, foundations, and copay-assistance administrators) as needed to determine eligibility and enroll you, with your involvement
  • Healthcare providers and insurers as necessary to fill and coordinate your prescriptions
  • Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others

5. Cookies and Advertising Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the website functions. You can opt out of certain advertising cookies through the platforms and tools you use, including your Google Ads settings and your Meta ad preferences. To learn more about interest-based advertising, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative opt-out pages.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by using the contact details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests as required by law.
