Once we receive the prescription:
-One of our Specialty Pharmacy Liaisons will reach out to the patient to discuss details, such as copay assistance eligibility, initiation of therapy timeline, and delivery options.
-Once we've addressed all the patient's concerns, we are ready to ship! Typically, this takes no longer than 24 hours for in-stock medications.
Things to note:
Please provide starter dose and/or maintenance dose as required. If you need any assistance call our pharmacy team and someone will answer immediately. Consider us an extension of your team.
