Is there a generic version of Bethkis available?

No, there’s no generic version of Bethkis right now. Even though tobramycin is available in other inhaled forms—like generic TOBI® (300 mg/5 mL)—Bethkis has a different formula (300 mg/4 mL), so there’s no direct generic alternative.

    • Wash your hands before handling the medication.

    • Twist off the top of the Bethkis® ampule and squeeze all the liquid into the nebulizer cup.
  3. Nebulize the Medication:
    • Sit upright and breathe normally through the mouthpiece until the mist stops (about 15 minutes).
  4. Clean Your Equipment:
    • Rinse the nebulizer parts with warm water and let them air dry after each use.

Important Tips

  • Do not mix Bethkis® with other medications in the nebulizer.
